OUR APPROACH
At HighPeak Bioinformatics, each project is led by a dedicated bioinformatician who becomes your main point of contact. They meet with you regularly, understand the biological context, and maintain an overview of your entire project. This lead scientist can delegate tasks to our network of specialists—experts in different technologies, analytical approaches, and model systems—so your project benefits from a broad and continually growing pool of expertise.
You hire us for a flexible number of hours and decide how those hours are used. Whether you need pure data analysis, deep biological interpretation, figure preparation, manuscript text, or participation in meetings and seminars, we adapt to the evolving needs of your project. You also choose the specific deliverables you want, and you always retain access to all code for future reuse.

A dedicated scientific partner
You work with one lead bioinformatician who maintains an overview of your project and is available for discussion, questions, and strategic guidance.

Access to a network of specialists
Behind your lead scientist is a team of experts covering diverse technologies, analytical methods, and biological systems—providing you with the combined strength of a multidisciplinary group
Full flexibility throughout the project

Different stages of a project require different types of support. You decide what we focus on at any given time: data analysis, data mining and comparison with public datasets, figure generation, hypothesis development, scientific writing, or meeting participation.

Transparent outputs you can build on
Your project concludes with detailed RMarkdown reports containing reusable code. This includes all analysis steps we tried, even if they did not make it to the final version. We also support depositing code in repositories for publication. We provide complete documentation for any pipelines we develop.

Your data is always protected
We sign a non-disclosure agreement and follow rigorous data-security standards to ensure your data remains confidential and safe.
This approach reflects what we have learned from working closely with many research groups, and we have found it to be both effective and adaptable. Still, every project is unique, and we are always open to tailoring the workflow to your specific needs.
